Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in the product you received (e.g., wrong design or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Please contact us at support@dreamland142.com if you have any questions on our policies. Allow up to 1-2 business days for a response. We respond in the order that the emails are sent. Please include your order number, full name, + e-mail address the the order was placed under. 

No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing Issues

As all of our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. We HIGHLY encourage you to carefully review sizing charts before placing your order. The charts are in the description of each clothing item.
